Scope of Services 

GIS Logistics and Tourism Ltd provides the following services:

Air Cargo Efficient and timely air cargo services for domestic and international shipments.

Ocean Cargo: Cost-effective and reliable ocean freight solutions for large-volume shipments.

Exportation: Assistance with export documentation, compliance, and logistics.

Customs Clearing: Professional customs clearance services to ensure smooth import and export processes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Client Responsibilities 

As a Client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information regarding your shipment, including but not limited to product details, weight, dimensions, and destination.

Ensure that all goods comply with applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions in the origin and destination countries.

Bear responsibility for any fines, penalties, or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

Pay all applicable fees and charges as outlined in your agreement with GIS Logistics and Tourism Ltd.

Fees and Payment 

All fees for services rendered by GIS Logistics and Tourism Ltd will be communicated to you in advance and are subject to change based on factors such as fuel surcharges, customs duties, or other unforeseen costs.

Payment terms will be agreed upon before the commencement of services. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

GIS Logistics and Tourism Ltd reserves the right to withhold shipment or documentation until full payment is received.

Liability and Limitations

GIS Logistics and Tourism Ltd will exercise reasonable care in handling your shipments but shall not be liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or carrier-related issues.

Liability for loss or damage is limited to the actual value of the goods or the maximum liability allowed under applicable law, whichever is lower.

Clients are encouraged to purchase adequate insurance coverage for their shipments.

Customs and Compliance

GIS Logistics and Tourism Ltd will assist with customs clearance but does not guarantee approval by customs authorities.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that all goods comply with import/export regulations, including proper documentation, licenses, and permits.

Any customs duties, taxes, or fines incurred will be the responsibility of the Client.

 Force Majeure

GIS Logistics and Tourism Ltd shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or government restrictions.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for services upon written notice. However, the Client remains responsible for all fees and charges incurred up to the date of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or in a court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.

Amendments

GIS Logistics and Tourism Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
